Directions: From Penrith head west on the A66 towards Cockermouth, pass Keswick and take the first turning to the left for Braithwaite, you will now be on the B5292.  Go past the campsite and take the second of the right turns opposite the Royal Oak Pub.  Continue along this road and Mount Pleasant is the fifth drive on the left (garage at bottom of drive with black door).  Up the drive, Fern Howe is the first house, then two semi's and Mount Pleasant is the second set of semi's.
