Getting to Longburgh Farm
Take the M6 towards Carlisle, exiting at Junction 44.  Take the A689 Carlisle bypass towards Workington.  Exit right at the roundabout signposted Burgh-by-Sands (Burgh Road), proceeding for about six miles, through Kirkandrews-on-Eden and Monkhill into the village of Burgh-by-Sands.  Continue through Burgh-by-Sands for about two miles, turning left at Dykefield House just before the marsh road.  Drive over the humpback bridge and into Longburgh.  Take the first left and continue up to the top of the road which opens out into a courtyard.  Longburgh Farm is accessed through the black wrought iron gates next to a double garage with green doors.
