Getting to Broomlands
Travelling from Keswick on the A66, take the Whinlatter pass at Braithwaite.  Remain on the B5292, and turn left for Buttermere as you enter High Lorton.  Follow the road and at the T junction, turn left again for Buttermere, follow road and pass the primary school on your left.  Broomlands is located behind white gates on your left at the crossroads.
