The Grounds
The house is set on a wonderful plot around one acre, elevated above the banks of a tranquil stream. A sweeping driveway lined with Victorian style lanterns leads up to the parking area and double garage. On the South and West sides of the house are large lawn gardens and paved terrace with countryside views. The garden slopes down to a sunken lawn and patio area on the banks of the stream overlooking a pretty bridge - an idyllic location for relaxing and alfresco dining and entertaining.

The hamlet of Evertown is surrounded by peaceful open countryside and is only two miles from the picturesque riverside village of Canonbie with school, post office, park, cafe and pub.
