Our Roots

Members of our team are very firmly rooted in Eden.

They love the area, know it like the backs of their hands and want to share that enthusiasm.

We have a range of diverse professional backgrounds, all grounded in professional standards, personal customer service, clear communications and excellent people skills. In all, we’ve more than 100 years of combined experience in sales and the workings of the property world.

We play an active part in our local communities, supporting causes and organisations such as the NSPCC and Upper Eden Mini-Rugby.

The Eden team

We’re a team of people from different backgrounds but with a shared enthusiam for the Eden area and for what we do.

Our Directors, Nick and Helen Miller, have owned the business since 2005. Helen was born and brought up in the area and worked in estate agency in London and Carlisle before settling in Eden with Nick, who was a property lawyer in Manchester for many years and latterly in Appleby and Penrith. Our Associate Director, Gillian Charlton, has been a friendly face in the business for almost 40 years.

We all enjoy selling properties – and getting a great deal for our clients – and we also love matching buyers with their ideal Cumbrian properties.
